I've bought half a dozen amazon special chinese LED controllers, absolutely none of them half the programming and brain to divide frequencies and rhythm the way the VIVI does; and this isn't even my favorite thing about Visual Vibes. I knocked my controller out of commission a week before a new years party with the wrong power supply. I reached out to support and felt like I was talking to a buddy, they dove into the issue sending me a detailed diagnosis because they actually know their product. They offered to repair it and got it back to me in 3 days! I expected a high end LED controller to impress my friends that required no coding, I did not expect triple AAA+ customer service along with it. - Christopher Judd
